MochisHub is designed to keep your data yours. This policy explains what happens to your information.

What we collect

Nothing is collected by us. MochisHub has no servers and no developer accounts. We do not collect, store, see, sell, or share any of your personal data.

Where your data lives

Your entries — tasks, habits, journal, reading and media logs, health notes, and settings — are stored on your device and, if you're signed into iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. This data syncs across your devices through Apple iCloud and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it.

Apple Health

If you choose to enable Apple Health sync, MochisHub reads and writes the health data you approve, directly on your device through Apple's HealthKit. This data is never sent to us and never leaves Apple's secure framework except as you direct.

Optional third-party services

Some optional features only work if you add your own API key:

• AI features (e.g., nutrition estimates, link categorization) send the relevant text to the AI provider you configured (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), using your key. This is initiated by you and governed by that provider's privacy policy.
• Weather, market, and similar data are fetched from public services to display information you requested.

These features are off until you set them up, and we never receive the data.

Children's privacy

MochisHub is a personal organizer and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
